Ordering & Paying
Currently, Unidem Sales Inc. accepts orders shipped to Canada and The United States addresses only. All prices and dollar amounts on this site are in Canadian dollars. Unidem Sales Inc. accepts VISA, AMEX, and MasterCard payments. Online payments are processed securely. All phone order payments are processed through our secure local terminal.
All credit cards must be valid, authentic and you must be authorized to use them. If the charge is not authorized or accepted, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice or liability. We reserve the right to stop accepting credits cards from issuers. Your credit card will be charged when the goods are shipped to you.
Applicable Taxes
In accordance with applicable provincial and federal laws, we are required to charge GST and PST. The GST is applicable to taxable merchandise and services delivered in Canada. The appropriate sales tax amount will be displayed on the checkout section of the site.
Shipping
Currently, Unidem Sales Inc. offers shipping in Canada and The United States only. Orders are shipped in 5 to 10 business days. We do not currently deliver to international addresses, and to a few limited geographical areas within Canada and the United States.
Returns
Products (in like new condition) may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a money back refund. Within 30 days of purchase, product may be returned, with your receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price. Purchasers shall incur the cost for shipping the item(s) to our office(s).

Shipping, Customs & Refusal Policy
US Orders & Customs Fees
All US orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by U.S. Customs. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of an order for any reason, the package will be returned to us by the carrier. Once the return is received in original condition, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fees (if non-refundable), return shipping costs charged by the carrier, and any customs, brokerage, or handling fees incurred.
If the product is damaged or unsellable upon return, additional deductions may apply.
No Refunds for Abandoned or Destroyed Shipments If you refuse to pay import duties and the shipment is abandoned or destroyed by the carrier or customs, no refund will be issued.
Warranties & Guarantees
All Unidem Sales products come with a warranty. Please consult the product information or one of our sales associates for details. Products covered by a one year warranty. Within the one year from date of purchase, products may be returned, with your receipt , for service. Purchasers shall incur the cost for shipping the item(s) to our office(s).
