Warranty:
Klad cookware has been designed and constructed with the finest quality materials to last a lifetime and is covered against any manufacturer’s defects for two years.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, including but not limited to, overheating, abuse, neglect, improper storage, misuse of sharp utensils, or improper cleaning. Changes to appearance over time are normal, cosmetic blemishes or surface imperfections should not affect the performance and are not covered under our two year warranty. Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product, along with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable. Our warranty only covers products purchased new from Unidem Sales Inc.
Commercial or restaurant use is not covered under this warranty.
Unidem Sales Inc. will replace any damaged products covered by the two year warranty; however, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
